SHIPPING
Shipping is free to the lower 48. Everywhere beyond will calculate at checkout.
DELIVERY TIME
We hustle, but please allow up to three weeks for lead time. Our pieces are usually made to order and typically ship within 5-10 business days. They are carried UPS or USPS ground and tracking will be shared as soon as it's available. If you need a rush delivery, get in touch and we'll make it happen if we can.
TAPESTRY CARE
If you unbox your tapestry and there some creases, don't fret. Steam is best to release them; a garment steamer or a steamy bathroom both work well for this. A quick steam-iron on the back of panels is also ok, but do not iron the painted side. Our raw brass hardware may oxidize and darken over time. If you prefer a bright finish, wipe as needed with a fine steel wool pad or polishing cloth, like this one.
RETURNS
Every piece of ours is unique and carefully made by hand for your oder, so please choose carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions before your purchase. That said, we want you to love your piece so if there's a problem, get in touch right away and let's fix it. (Within a week of receiving, please.)
